Proposed change or action:

It has been proposed to establish a dedicated MIG sub-group to take over the results of the ARE3NA INSPIRE/SOS study and propose to the MIG appropriate updates to the existing INSPIRE TGs (for download services and, if appropriate, D2.9).

The draft Terms of reference (ToR) for this sub-group are attached. Please add your comments to the ToR as comments to this issue (by end of June).

Dear all,

basically I agree with the ToR. I have just a few comments regarding the proposed timeframe. From my point of view it is very ambitious to submit the project plan by 31 July 2014, because the sub-group won't be put in place before mid of July. However, the project plan should be reviewed by MIG. I'm not sure, if this is already meant by "submit its project plan to the MIG".

Best regards

Some small amendments in the Task list. I agree with Daniela that the timescale is extremely tight and we might want to push it out to the 31st August - so that the project plan can be reviewed by the MIG-T at the end of September.
