Description

Redmine is used in different ways between the different MIWP actions. At the Madrid MIG-T meeting it was therefore agreed to organise a web meeting with the MIWP action leads to discuss a common approach, including:

  • when to use the wiki, documents, files, issues, ...
  • how to structure the wiki
  • how to document progress
  • issues for calls for participation, terms of reference, ...

Other suggestions for improvement or specific questions on how to do certain MIG tasks with Redmine can be made using #2231.

I suggest we discuss this in a web-conference some time next week.

Could you please indicate your availability in the doodle poll at https://ies-svn.jrc.ec.europa.eu/issues/2380?

Cheers,

Michael

Dear all,

please remember to fill the doodle so we can fix a date.

Jukka, I have added a few slots next week.

Thanks, Michael

Hi,

I checked the doodle page and got surprised. I do not believe that discussion between me and Michael could be called as web-conferense.

Only 3 participants in the doodle. So I guess we need to postpone the discussion about this...

Maybe we can manage to sit together over a drink at the INSPIRE conference?! Otherwise I will give it another try in June.
