TG for DLS using WCS (generic sections to cull or slash): INSPIRE Download Services

- Subject changed from TG for DLS using WCS (generic sections to cull or slash): 4 INSPIRE Download Services to TG for DLS using WCS (generic sections to cull or slash): INSPIRE Download Services
In the recently uploaded 'Technical Guidance for the implementation of INSPIRE Download Services using WCS' straw-man document based on the existing 'Technical Guidance for the Implementation of INSPIRE Download Services (version 3.1)' I have kept in several sections that appear to be generic, so for example I have kept in (currently chapter 4) the INSPIRE Download Services section.
As far as I can see the introduction to this section (everything up to 4.1) is almost completely generic.
The sequence diagrams (figures 2 and 3) currently only reference Atom and WFS (they weren't updated for SOS in the draft General guidance, Atom, WFS, SOS) document so I assume we don't need to update these to include WCS either, especially if this section is contained in the generic TG document.
Rather than writing new TG generic guidance or other names for the TG document that won't include service implementation guidance, can we know what this new document will be called?
Do we want or need to keep such a section almost verbatim that will be replicated accross the four implemtation TGs (Atom, WCS, WFS, SOS) or does it need to be culled and just referenced if required.
If the section is retained do we need to update the sequence diagrams to reflect WCS as well as Atom and WFS?
