Hello Geoportal HelpDesk,
By now I'm really lost (and dissapointed) on this issue.
I have one spatial Dataset Toponímia de Portugal Continental (http://inspire-geoportal.ec.europa.eu/download_details.html?view=downloadDetails&resourceId=%2FINSPIRE-d60bf7f3-ea96-11e4-a2c7-52540004b857_20181116-145623%2Fservices%2F1%2FPullResults%2F391-405%2Fdatasets%2F12&expandedSection=metadata)
Somehow I can't see nothing on the Download Options and View Options of the Inspire Geoportal, despite I have metadata for the services and services on the GeoServer (2.14.0) in the fallowing links:
Do you have any ideia on what's the problem?

are sure that the INSPIRE Geoportal has received the metadata of the View Service and the metadata of the Download Service?
Can you find them in the Resource Browser?
INSPIRE requires a metadata document for each Spatial Data Service. It describes the service in terms, for example, of who is responsible for it, what type of service it is and the URL of the endpoint to access the service.

Somehow I can't find them on the Resource Browser, for the past days I have changed them a couple of times these files for testing. But it would be to expect that one earlier version would be in the Resource Browser.
I have the INSPIRECORE metadata keyword on the files.
These are the links on the National metadata repository (SNIG)

In any case, the latest harvesting was successful:
Please check with Henrique Silva to see why your service metadata was not served to the INSPIRE Geoportal.
