We have upgraded our Geoserver (now 2.14.1) hoping to have our AQ download services like:
to be seen on the INSPIRE Priority Data Set Viewer.
Can you help us make it happen? The Direct WFS validation test is very promising: http://inspire-sandbox.jrc.ec.europa.eu/etf-webapp/v2/TestRuns/EIDd43bb5f2-bb40-4992-8bab-c6ef732be3e5.html

just yesterday we announced to all the MIG-T representatives and all the national endpoint contacts (for PT, D. Furtado and M. Medeiros) the following statement:
due to the on-going preparatory work for the announced system change (from "pull" to "push") in the harvesting of your national discovery services we have to limit the frequency of the harvesting to once per week only.
Furthermore, till Monday 10.12. we will not harvest any discovery service due to the back-end system works.
Thank you for your understanding.

My question doesn't come from the weekly harvesting frequency decision. Our goal is to get our AQ download services into INSPIRE priority data viewer.
Our efffort for this:
Geoserver update last 20th November.
minor improvement on DS metadata as well as WFS metadata - 26th November
Saying that, we are uncertain on what our next step would be to have our AQ (Geoserver) WFS included on:

I apologize for the late reply. We are quite busy working to develop of a new application related to the harvest process.
About your question, from the ExtendedCapabilities of the WFS, I found the service metadata in our geoportal.
By looking at the Evaluation report of that resource, it seems that it is missing the DATA_DOWNLOAD_LINK_IS_AVAILABLE aspect.
In order to verify the aspect DATA_DOWNLOAD_LINK_IS_AVAILABLE, the INSPIRE Geoportal needs to find a Stored Query with the required parameters.
At the moment, from the Get Network Service Metadata response, it seems that:
No Stored Query definition for predefined Spatial Data Sets could be found.
