Dear Angelo, 

I've had two issues using the INSPIRE harvest console: 

 

1. We have two CSW - the second one -  https://inspire-catalogue.egov.bg/ doesn't harvest for a while.

2. That's why, I need to harvest the records from the second one through the first one - https://inspirebg.eu/ and then the INSPIRE harvest console which works with a big delay. It's frustrating. But let's focus on the second issue - the harvest results don't show the download link for some records for which we add direct link to download the shape file. 

Two weeks ago this method works!

In addition, today I started a harvest at around noon and estimated start time is Mon Sep 16 2019 18:49:36.

Dear Svetlogor, 

1) the problem with the time estimate has already been fixed with the last update.

The time estimation is based on the duration of the last harvest and, because of a bug, instead of the end date, the Geoportal was considering the approval date which is usually well after the actual end date of the harvesting operation.

 

2) I see that both catalogues have been recently harvested, so I do not understand what you mean when you write "doesn't harvest for a while.":

 

 

3) The INSPIRE Geoportal has become stricter when it comes to data download links.

Could you please use the Resources Linkage Checker and send me the link to the evaluation report?

Dear Daniele,

 Unfortunately I would like to reopen the issue about the INSPIRE harvest console.

 We have two CSW endpoints there but BG_MIL - Bulgarian geospatial data catalog (https://inspirebg.eu/) is no longer available. You should remove it from the list.

 The another one - Bulgarian geospatial data catalog ( https://inspire-catalogue.egov.bg/) is the official national endpoint. From 12 September 2019 we have some problem with NPE error (null pointer exception) but still could not resolve it.

 We even opened an issue in the GeoNetwork GitHub repository but without result. (https://github.com/geonetwork/core-geonetwork/issues/4303)

 Do you have any knowledge for similar problem among other MS? Is it possible to be a problem with the operating system? (Windows vs Linux)

 Any help will be useful.

We updated your endpoint as requested.

It seems that the issue (as you said, also opened in geonetwork) is more on your instance. Do you think you can close this issue?

Dear JRC Team,

 

I would like again to ask you to add in the list with the CSWs - BG_MIL - Bulgarian geospatial data catalogue (https://inspirebg.eu/), because we continue to have a problem with the official national endpoint - https://inspire-catalogue.egov.bg/.

 

This endpoint will stay in the list until we solve the problem.

 

Another reason for the request is that now we have only 3 records on the INSPIRE GEOPORTAL - https://inspire-geoportal.ec.europa.eu/, but we have above 80 records on the national catalogue which are viewable and downloadable.

Dear Svetlogor,

We restored the "inspirebg.eu" endpoint but the system notice that the HTTPS certificate wad due on 5/9/2020. Therefore it is not accepted by the system.

Can you please check?

Now I think you can add the "inspirebg.eu" endpoint. We have valid SSL certificate for this domain.
