Dear support team,
We found that the number of downloadable datasets decreased during the last harvesting process. Thus, after the verification made with data producers, we would have to clarify following aspects:
1. Case of download services with user/password protection - which are not counted as downloadable data and with not the specific icon - what will happen to them? Are there any instructions on what we have to do to be considered as downloadable data in the INSPIRE EC Geoportal?
2. Atom service specific case with downloadable zip archive, but which is not seen as a downloadable dataset now compared to the published harvesting. The error that appears is "Access to the HTTP resource is forbidden "https://portal.geomil.ro/gn/DTM_INSPIRE_GN.gdb.zip"". But this link is accessible, it works and it worked during the harvesting process.
I also tried with the resource linkages checker tool and also got the same result: https://inspire-geoportal.ec.europa.eu/resources/sandbox/INSPIRE-9578dea5-e696-11e9-a3d9-0050563f01ec_20191004-130323/
