PT: Download service could not be determined

We are having some issues with some of our metadada that has already been showed as downloadable but not anymore, like for example “Sistemas Aquíferos” with the fileIdentifier: 7c073c0d-97f4-4040-a2c3-bddf8bc8b6ca
In the resource linkages checker tool (picture_1) says that “the necessary resource locator (URL) of the dataset from the Download service could not be determined” but the URL is working fine:
In the reference validator I get no conclusion because when I compare the results with one that has downloadable service in the geoportal, like for example the one with this identifier: 4fb247ee-b9e5-4e44-a959-88c27422e523 I get more number of failed in this last one.
I am just giving this example but we have several cases, all metadata/services configured in the same way but not all off them are showed as downloadable.
Can you help us?
