Dear helpdesk,

This Geoportal helpdesk ticketing system seems to not send notifications any more when an issue is processed, despite of my profile settings and "watch" activated on issues (see attachments). I also checked my SPAMS and did not find any notifications.

I noticed the same issue, as I received the last notification by the Geoportal Helpdesk system in January of this year.
