Dear INSPIRE geoportal team,

For the DSi1.5 indicator, we updated all dataset metadata records to include the required spatial scope settings. Attached you can find a dump of our metadata records. If we run the below XQuery, it seems that 231 records have the requed keyword. The monitoring report of 1 December gives us a DSi1.5 = 159.

Our metadata:

declare namespace gmd="";
declare namespace gmx="";
declare namespace gco="";
count(//gmd:MD_Metadata[gmd:identificationInfo/gmd:MD_DataIdentification/gmd:descriptiveKeywords/gmd:MD_Keywords[gmd:keyword/gmx:Anchor/text() = 'National' and gmd:thesaurusName/gmd:CI_Citation/gmd:date/gmd:CI_Date/gmd:date/gco:Date = '2019-05-22']]/gmd:fileIdentifier)

We follow the guidance provided in

                <gmx:Anchor xlink:href="">National</gmx:Anchor>
                <gmd:MD_KeywordTypeCode codeList="" codeListValue="theme"/>
                    <gmx:Anchor xlink:href="">Spatial scope</gmx:Anchor>
                        <gmd:CI_DateTypeCode codeList="" codeListValue="publication">publication</gmd:CI_DateTypeCode>
                        <gmx:Anchor xlink:href="">geonetwork.thesaurus.external.theme.httpinspireeceuropaeumetadatacodelistSpatialScope-SpatialScope</gmx:Anchor>

Can you please tell us what we need to do to get to a DSi1.5 indicator for all dataset records (i.e. all our datasets have a national scope)?

many thanks!
