How to get support on publishing download services

I guess we are all struggling with getting the Priotized datasets published within short time
But with current tools its almost impossible to fully understand  whats wrong while publishing 
We have for a single organisation ca 30-40 datasets that are accessed through 2 downloadservices.

But the two downloadservices are not accepted.
Everything on datasets and viewservices seems fine.


We have now spent serveral months trying to understand this specific problem but can not identfify whats wrong.

We have three  tickets on this that we have got no support on, at all. (No response, ticket created 50 days ago) (no reponse, ticket created 22 days ago)  (No response, ticket created 12 days ago)


We see that  these tickets are jumped over and other tickets published later are handled.

What shall we do to get support ?


Actually all our WFS-services have issues. But none in our team manage to understand the response from validation tools.

The services works according to users perfect in QGIS.

We have unfortunately to stop all work on finding these errors until we get some support on the harvesting tools.

Dear Michael, all

all your issues listed are perfectly valid and we intent to try to give you an answer/support.

However, currently the whole JRC GEOPORTAL team is working hard on the Geoportal back-end system to make sure that the indicators and in general harvesting and processing of MS data is correct. On of the biggest issue is the "downloadability" of your resources as well as the misalignment of the Linkage checker tool. We have the evidence of the misalignment of the results of the linkage checker and the actual downloadability of your resources...

As we have explained during the MIWP 2018.1 M&R Sub-group meeting - link we will have the opportunity to discuss and fine tune your MD, data, services when we will perform the MD, data processing (in January) - you will be inform about it in time.

Therefore, we'd like to ask you for a bit of patience.

We will wait for feedback from JRC on how to proceed.

When do you think it will be possible to book a meeting with us ?

We have still not got any feedback on this issue, but we do anyhow close this ticket to create new tickets
with updates with new links since URLs to metadata and services may have been changes since ticket was created.
