IT: harvesting process locked?

I launched a new harvesting session on 11 December night. I received the notification that the session was successfully accepted with 9 queued requests and 2 running requests.

But I noticed an unusual behavior of the system as the status is still "processing" without an estimated time, no action is showed (see IMAGE 1 below) and if I click on "Check last report" button, an error page is returned (see IMAGE 2 below).

I'm wondering if the harvesting session is running or not.

Anyway, I need that the harvesting process be completed in order to save the indicators and mark them for reporting on time.

The dump of the metadata for the monitoring and reporting will be done automatically on another server.

No action required from countries.
